Ceneo stays at Business Garden Wroclaw
Vastint has signed a lease agreement with Ceneo, the most popular comparison website in Europe. The current tenant of Business Garden will move its current office to another building within the complex where it will occupy approximately 2,850 m2 of space. Savills advised the tenant in the transaction.
“Ceneo has been a tenant of Business Garden for 5 years. The decision to stay in the complex and lease new office space proves that the business park creates excellent conditions for running and developing activities even for the most demanding tenants,” says Marek Ulanecki, Senior Leasing Manager, Vastint Poland.
“Work in our industry is rarely repetitive, most often it requires creativity and new solutions. This is also reflected in our expectations regarding the workplace and office space. We are very sensitive to meeting the needs of our employees when choosing the location and designing the interior of our offices,” says Katarzyna Świerczewska, PR manager, Ceneo.pl.
“It is the second time that we have had the pleasure of supporting Ceneo.pl in choosing an office in Wroclaw. The tenant has decided to stay in the Business Garden complex, one of the largest office parks in Poland. This location provides the company with excellent conditions for development, and it will serve as a comfortable place for its employees to work,” says Jarosław Pilch, director of the office space department, tenant representation, Savills.
Business Garden, located at Legnicka Street in Wroclaw, is a modern complex of nine office and service buildings with a total leasable area of 117,000 m2. The campus buildings are spread over six hectares designed in the form of an extensive garden. The green areas have relaxation zones where tenants can rest and practice outdoor sports. The complex offers extensive infrastructure for cyclists, as well as a number of amenities for employees. In addition to the restaurant pavilion located in the central part of the inner courtyard, there are also additional service points, including a cafe and a kindergarten.
The investor and developer of Business Garden Wroclaw is Vastint Poland. In 2019, the company sold three buildings built in the first stage of the investment. The remainder of the complex — six buildings — remains in the developer's portfolio and is managed by Vastint.
