Capgemini grows two-fold in Business Garden Warsaw
Capgemini has decided to double its office space at Business Garden Warsaw. One of the largest BPO/SSC employers will occupy a total of 3,400 m2 of space in the office campus at Żwirki i Wigury Street, developed, owned and managed by Vastint.
Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, powered by AI, delivering real business value to companies worldwide. The company's Polish office has been operating for over 25 years serving a diverse range of industries: from industrial and energy, to automotive, aviation and logistics, through retail, media, and entertainment, to banking and finance. Capgemini's Warsaw team employs over 300 highly qualified experts who support clients in developing IT systems, implementing innovation, and transforming their businesses into modern enterprises.
“Expanding our workspace is a natural next step resulting from the growth of our Warsaw team and the evolving needs of our employees. We wanted to create a workplace that supports day-to-day collaboration as well as a flexible working model. Growing our office at Business Garden allows us to remain in a well-known location while providing our team with a comfortable and modern work environment,” said Anna Brożek, CRES Head of Project Management Poland at Capgemini.
Business Garden Warsaw is surrounded by a lushly landscaped garden. Integrated with greenery, seven office buildings developed and managed by Vastint offer a total of over 90,000 m² of space. It is one of the greenest business centres in Poland, with biologically active surface covering 60% of the area. The ubiquitous vegetation, walking paths, benches and chillout zones, recreational grasslands, and places for outdoor events offer a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.
”We are pleased to continue our long-standing partnership with Capgemini, which, in addition to Warsaw, also occupies space in our office buildings in Wrocław and Poznań. The trust and high satisfaction level of one of the world's largest business services providers is the best proof of the quality of our workspaces. The expansion of space contracted in Warsaw by another 1,700 m² proves that Business Garden delivers excellent conditions for growth. Thanks to the intimate architecture nestled in greenery, Capgemini employees have an inspiring work environment that is perfectly tailored to their current needs” – adds Anna Szmilewska, Senior Leasing Manager at Vastint Poland.
