Enea Group to occupy 11,700 m² in Business Garden Poznan
The Enea Group has extended its lease agreement and expanded the workspace occupied in the Business Garden Poznań development by Vastint. Departments from Group's various companies, previously working in multiple places, will be consolidated in one location. In total, the Enea Group will occupy 11,700 m² of office space – marking it the largest office transaction in the Poznań market so far this year.
Enea Group, which has been operating in Business Garden Poznań for five years, has decided to expand its leased space to integrate its operations in Poznań. This way, the Group is creating a shared work environment for teams that previously worked in different locations. The goal is to create a shared, modern environment that will foster collaboration and know-how exchange between companies.
Business Garden Poznań consists of nine five-story office buildings developed by Vastint, offering a total of 88,000 m² of flexible workspace.

Employees and visitors value Business Garden for its green chillout areas that provide a balance between work and nature. Several thousand shrubs and over 200 trees have been planted around the buildings, including rows of maples, hawthorns, rowans, and cherry trees. It has been awarded the Most Sustainable Development of 2020 by the jury of the Polish Green Building Council prize. An additional advantage are many amenities, including a restaurant, fitness club, medical centre and a preschool.
The location in the dynamic area of western Poznań guarantees excellent access to the city center, while the nearby King Cross Marcelin provides a wide retail offer. Within walking reach is the Enea Poznań Stadium and green recreational areas, including the Marceliński Forest. Vastint is also delivering the Pastelowo residential development with 246 apartments for rent. The first tenants will move into the fully furnished units in 2026.
