K2 attracts new tenants in Gdynia – 1,200 m² leased
Two new tenants joined the K2 office building in Gdynia, developed, owned and managed by Vastint: the Teleshopping channels TV Okazje and Mango, as well as the Savage Marketing advertising agency. The companies will occupy 1,200 m² of ergonomically designed office space near the Wzgórze św. Maksymiliana transport hub.
Established in 2014 by Michał Cieśla, TVO is one of Poland’s leading teleshopping and multi-channel sales companies, with Polsat Plus Group as its majority shareholder. The company operates two 24/7 television channels – TV Okazje and Mango – reaching millions of households across the country, while continuously expanding its e-commerce, telesales, and digital marketing capabilities.
TVO will occupy over 660 m2 of office space at K2, providing a modern environment to support its continued growth and create opportunities for the development of new business initiatives.
The second new tenant at K2 is Savage Marketing – a marketing agency specializing in branding, content, and advertising. The company will occupy nearly 540 m2 of office space at K2.
„These lease agreements represent an important step in the commercialization of our investment at Kielecka 2 in Gdynia. We are pleased that TV Okazje and Savage Marketing have chosen K2 as their workspace location. We believe that the building's cozy character, its high sustainability standard, and convenient location will support the daily operations of both companies. It's important to us that tenants with diverse profiles recognize the value of our development, as it demonstrates the project's versatility and adaptability to various business needs," says Marcin Faleńczyk, Senior Leasing Manager at Vastint Poland.
The 5-story K2 office building is particularly popular with logistics companies, including Rhenus Air & Ocean Poland, ATC Cargo, Semco Maritime, Hermes, OSM Poland, as well as other tenants including Madkom and the PZU Zdrowie medical center. Their employees and guests have access to underground parking, a full bicycle infrastructure, and comfortable rest areas. One of the building's courtyards features a row of 50 birch trees.
The well-connected location benefits from the proximity of the commuter railway (SKM) station and bus terminus, as well as the Riviera shopping center with a cinema, fitness club and food offer. The new central park and Świętojańska Street are also nearby, as well as the Tricity Landscape Park. From the upper floors of K2, employees can admire the skyline of Gdynia and views of the Bay of Gdańsk.
K2 distinguishing features include high energy-efficiency, water savings, and efficient heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. The building's top-class standards are confirmed by LEED and WiredScore certifications with the highest possible Platinum rating. The office building also received two "Czas Gdyni" awards, presented by the Chairman of the City Council for the best investment of 2023.
K2 is an office building designed by APA Wojciechowski offering 11,400 m² GLA. The building's form, details, and color scheme draw inspiration from modernism while the rhythmic facade of white, vertical panels was influenced by the maritime style of the 1930s. The H-shaped layout guarantees abundant dayligh and provides flexible workspace opportunities.
