One of the largest office transactions in Gdynia in 2025 - ATC Cargo leases entire floor at K2
Vastint Poland has leased nearly 2,000 m2 of office space to ATC Cargo. The Gdynia-based logistics company has taken over the entire top floor of the K2 office building, located on Kielecka Street in Gdynia. The lease is one of the largest office transactions on the local market in 2025.
ATC Cargo is a Gdynia-based company specializing in comprehensive logistics services, covering road, sea, air, and rail transport. ATC Cargo’s new office is situated on the 5th floor of K2 and was handed over to the tenant at the end of August. The company has arranged the space according to its needs, creating a modern and comfortable working environment, including a private gym exclusively for its employees.

K2 is a six-storey office building offering over 11,000 m2 of efficient office space. Tenants have access to a representative lobby, a two-level underground parking garage with 136 spaces, and full cycling infrastructure.
The building was designed by APA Wojciechowski Architekci. Its architectural form draws inspiration from Gdynia’s modernism and maritime architecture of the 1930s. The façade, featuring white vertical panels, emphasizes the building’s timeless and elegant character, perfectly fitting into the urban landscape.
