Vastint acquires Arkady Wrocławskie
A multifunctional Arkady Wrocławskie building has beed acquired from Develia by Vastint for EUR 42.967 million (approx. PLN 182 million). Vastint plans to demolish the existing structure and develop a modern mixed-use facility on the site. The new project will be well-integrated into the urban fabric of Wrocław and is intended to offer lasting value to the local community.
Arkady Wrocławskie, a retail-office complex in the city center of Wrocław, was originally. Commissioned in 2007. The building is currently in the process of demolition initiated by Develia, which will now be continued by Vastint Poland.
“Arkady Wrocławskie has long served as a central hub for gatherings, shopping, and cultural events, playing a significant role in Wroclaw’s commercial landscape. Today, we are entering a new chapter in the site's history. Our development plans involve the demolition of the existing complex to make way for a contemporary, mixed-use project. Thoughtfully designed and well-integrated into the fabric of the city centre, the new development will offer lasting value to the local community, attracting residents and businesses alike, and creating a vibrant, multifunctional space for living, working, and leisure," said Roger Andersson, Managing Director of Vastint Poland.
Vastint Poland has already completed several projects in Wrocław, including the Business Garden office complex and B10 office building with the Element by Westin hotel.
