KRUK is moving to the B10 project in Wroclaw
Vastint Poland informs that KRUK S.A., a leader in the debt management market in Poland and Europe, has leased 6,000 m² of space in the B10 office and hotel complex in Wrocław.

The B10 complex, which was opened a few months ago, is located on Bolkowska Street in the western, business part of Wrocław. It consists of a modern six-story office building and a hotel with 115 rooms intended for long-term rental, connected by a shared square that provides a space for relaxation in a green setting. The investment offers a total of 20,000 m² of space.
The architectural design of the complex was developed by the Gdynia-based studio APA Wojciechowski. The office building is distinguished by functionality, modern architecture, and high-quality technical and material solutions. Its façade is maintained in a Scandinavian style, while large windows ensure plenty of natural light. The spacious ground floor features a stylish lobby with a cozy reception area, designed by the London-based firm turnerbates Design & Architecture, which also includes comfortable zones for informal meetings and work. The two-level underground garage offers 337 dedicated parking spaces and changing rooms for cyclists.
The office building is a model of eco-friendly solutions, including recyclable design, the use of healthy materials, energy efficiency, and rainwater retention. It provides a high level of user comfort, confirmed by a LEED v4 Platinum certificate.
In the immediate vicinity of the B10 complex, there is Magnolia Park, the largest shopping center in the region, and the Business Garden office complex, which offer a wide range of shops, restaurants, and service points. The Wrocław Mikołajów railway station is just 50 meters from the building. It takes about 15 minutes to reach the center of Wrocław and the airport.
