Building B10 in Wrocław achieves LEED Platinum certification
Vastint Poland informs that office building B10 in Wrocław has been awarded the LEED v4 Platinum certification, becoming the third building in Poland to receive this distinction. With a score of 89 points, B10 currently holds the highest LEED v4 rating in the country.
“Achieving LEED Platinum certification underscores our commitment to sustainable development implementation of top-quality technological solutions in our buildings. B10 will also be certified under the WELL system, further demonstrating our dedication to creating a comfortable and healthy work environment,” said David Pettersson, Senior Project Manager at Vastint Poland.
Building B10 is a six-story office building offering over 14,000 m² of modern office space. Its unique "H"-shaped modular design and concrete façade give it a distinctive appearance. The ground floor, designed by turnerbates Design & Architecture, functions as a reception area as well as a space for meetings and work. The building also features a two-story garage with 340 parking spaces and facilities for cyclists, enhancing its functionality.
Located on Bolkowska Street in Wrocław, B10 is an integral part of the Business Garden Wrocław office complex, seamlessly integrating with the surrounding infrastructure and offering additional amenities for tenants.
