Ready-to-occupy flats offered by Vastint Poland may revolutionize the housing market in Poland

Vastint Poland presented its first housing development — the Riverview project in Gdansk. Slender buildings with brick facades and soaring roofs, referring to the historic buildings of the city, are not the only distinguishing features of the project. Another is the innovative sales offer. The developer started sale only after completing the entire project, and the apartments are delivered in a standard that allows them to be occupied the day after purchase. The buyer will not have to incur any additional financial expenses to live there, they just have to bring their furniture.

Roger Andersson, Managing Director Vastint Poland says: "Among the majority of Polish buyers of flats, there is a perception that one's own apartment should be finished independently. Meanwhile, customers have been buying ready-to-live investments in many other countries for years. Drawing on Scandinavian experience, we want to change the thinking about the housing sector in Poland, where the so-called developer status is still the flagship product of development companies. By introducing the Riverview offer to the market, we show that you can buy an apartment at a good price and with good equipment, and more importantly, enjoy it from the first day after purchase. A similar strategy was implemented by Vastint in Latvia and Belgium; in Poland it will cover all planned housing projects of the company.”

In total, 282 units were developed as part of the entire Riverview housing estate, from cosy studios to impressive penthouses. The apartments are equipped with virtually everything you need for a comfortable life: finished floors, household appliances in the kitchen cabinets, built-in wardrobes, finished bathrooms, and even washing machines. Interesting design effects have been achieved, arranging the interiors in three styles — classic, modern and Scandinavian — and in two finishing standards — standard and premium. The customer can enter, see, and choose specific solutions, and evaluate the view from the terrace. Despite the established styles, buyers still have a lot of room for interior design experimentation. Neutral spaces are a great base on which to play with accessories, movable furniture, everything that gives the interior an individual character.

Joanna Kwiatkowska, Marketing Manager Vastint Poland comments: "We started selling apartments only after construction was completed. Nobody has to take our word for it when we talk about good architecture, greenery or ecology. You can visit us at any time and check what our definition of a good housing estate looks like in practice and how it will be to live here. The reactions of the first buyers show that it was worth the wait. Purchase decisions are made instantly. As a result, only half of the 282 apartments are still available."

Riverview is the first housing estate in the long history of Vastint in Poland. The complex of seven residential and service buildings includes 282 units for sale. The design is distinguished by a high construction standard, as well as carefully delineated landscape architecture. A number of construction and technical design solutions reflect the concept of sustainable construction, which supported the application for the first LEED certificate for a housing project in Poland. The estate is located just opposite the island of Olowianka and in the vicinity of the Polish Baltic Philharmonic in Gdansk. The project is situated between Na Stepce, Angielska Grobla, and Jana Dziewanowskiego streets.
