Pfizer to relocate to Business Garden Warsaw
Vastint Poland has signed a lease agreement with Pfizer, one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical concerns. The company has leased office space in Building 3 of the second stage of Business Garden Warsaw. The location, the area’s low building density, the complex’s green surroundings, and energy-efficient systems were the key factors that encouraged Pfizer to select this flagship investment developed by Vastint.
Business Garden Warsaw is located on Żwirki i Wigury Street, close to a Fast Urban Railway station, whose network links Warsaw Airport with Warszawa Central Railway Station. The complex offers nearly 90,000 m2 of modern office space spread between seven buildings surrounded by a garden. A hotel, conference centre, restaurant, fitness club and an art gallery complement the building’s basic function.
