Capgemini chooses Business Garden Poznan

Capgemini has signed a lease agreement for 600 m2 of office space at the Business Garden office complex in Poznań. In the transaction the tenant was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.

“We are glad that we could help Capgemini in finding the best location for its office. Due to the flexibility and scale of the Business Garden, Capgemini will be able to effectively adjust the area to its needs arising from its dynamic development,” – says Krzysztof Misiak, Partner, Head of Regional Cities in the Office Department, Cushman & Wakefield.

“The office complex in Poznan offers ideal conditions supporting business processes and development of operating centers of the companies comprising BPO, SSC and IT sectors. In addition to the access to the well-developed transportation infrastructure, Business Garden comprises office spaces which can be effectively and flexibly arranged and ensures safety of the tenants’ operations. Further, owing to the implemented solutions and compact architecture of the buildings surrounded by a garden, tenants’ employees may use various amenities and enjoy a comfortable working environment,” – explains Roger Andersson, Managing Director of Vastint Poland.

Business Garden is located at the intersection of Marcelińska and Bułgarska Street in the Marcelin District of Poznań. Ultimately, it will comprise nine buildings with a total planned area of 80,000 m2. The first phase of the project which was commissioned at the beginning of 2015 delivered 42,000 m2 of A class office space. The complex comprises many solutions for the reduction of energy and water consumption, emissions of greenhouse gases and quantities of produced waste, based on LEED Platinum certification requirements.
